Shun Hing sponsors Hong Kong Arts Festival for the 23rd year

(Hong Kong ‧ March 18, 2013) Shun Hing Group shows its continuous support to the local arts scene by sponsoring the Hong Kong Arts Festival for 23 consecutive years. The sponsored programme this year was Australian Chamber Orchestra (ACO), which was presented on March 15, 2013 at the Hong Kong City Hall Concert Hall.

David Mong, Vice Chairman of Shun Hing Group and Cynthia Mong, Director of Shun Hing Electronic Trading Co., Ltd. hosted an intermission reception for the art-loving guests. Guests with great renowned were invited, to name but a few, Mrs Regina Leung, Dr & Mrs Chow Yei Ching, Mr & Mrs Wilfred Wong, Prof & Mrs Tony Chan and Ms Jue Yao.

The ACO was founded in 1975 and Artist Director Richard Tognetti has been at the helm since 1989. Every year, the ensemble performs for audiences around the world, including 10,000 subscribers across Australia. The ACO's unique artistic style encompasses not only the masterworks of the classical repertoire, but also innovative cross-artform projects and a vigorous commissioning programme.
