Responsible for the Maintenance, Alteration and Additional Works in Mechanical Ventilation and Air-Conditioning System, including tendering, contract management, site progress monitoring, subcontractor managment and coordination with relevant parties, etc.

Degree/ Diploma/ Higher Certificate holder in Building Services/ Mechanical/ Electrical engineering discipline;

5 years’ relevant experiences, candidate with less experience at 2 years or below may be considered as Assistant Engineer;

Good communication and customer service skill;

Self-motivated, diligent and good interpersonal skills;

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;

Proficient in AutoCAD drawing.

Registered Electrical Worker will be an addvantage
