10 Athletes Awarded Panasonic Sports Scholarship for Preparing Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games

(SF&OC) and the Shun Hing Group jointly announced the 10
awardees of the Panasonic Sports Scholarship Programme for Tokyo
2020 Olympic Games during the ceremony at Olympic Day 2019 on 23
Shun Hing Group has long been active in supporting Hong Kong
athletes. This year, Shun Hing will grant each of the awardees a
subsidy of HK$162,000, aims at assisting athletes to better prepare
and strive for the best results in the qualifying competition and
possibly in the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games by providing financial
support towards specialized coaching service, the cost of their
local/overseas training, medical assistance and other items that
will assist the athletes.
10 awardees including Ms Ching Siu Nga (Athletics), Mr Ng Ka Long
(Badminton), Ms Hsieh Kaylin Sin Yan (Fencing), Mr Shek Wai Hung
(Gymnastics), Ms Lau Mo Sheung Grace (Karatedo), Mr Chan Chi Fung
(Rowing), Ms Shing Ho Ching (Shooting), Ms Haughey Siobhan
Bernadette (Swimming), Ms Soo Wai Yam Minnie (Table Tennis) and Mr
Oscar Coggins (Triathlon).
Mr. David Mong, Chairman and CEO of Shun Hing Group presented a cheque of HK$1.62 million to recipients of Panasonic Sports Scholarship Programme for Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games.
