Total Quality Management

The Group has been adopting a Total Quality Management approach since early 1990s. Most Group companies have, from 1993, achieved 3rdparty certification of Quality Management Systems that conform to the requirements of ISO9000 series of standards. In 2008, the Group has won a Corporate Certificate awarded by HKQAA that recognizes its achievement of having all operating companies of the Group to implement ISO9001 Quality Management System. This forms a solid foundation for the Group to pursue continual improvement towards excellence.

In order to sustain a successful quality culture for the betterment of the business, the Group has been committed to enhance human resources through well-structured training and development programmes along with various activities in order to achieve total customer satisfaction.

With unceasing efforts, the Group has been implementing Green Office Practices to protect the environment. Eight group companies have achieved certification to ISO14001 Environmental Management System with the rest to follow suit.
